Mathematics
Every child at Little Hill takes part in the X Factor Times Tables Challenge. This gives them a number target to be working towards which is in line with the mathematics curriculum.
- There are different rounds associated with the X Factor TV programme. The level of difficulty increases with each round.
- Each round has a time limit of 5 minutes.
- This will happen once, weekly.
- To move to the next round your child must achieve 90% or more three times.
- There will be regular X Factor assemblies for children to receive certificates; there is a certificate for completing each stage. On each certificate, it explains what your child needs to do in order to achieve the next level.
- Please see the table below detailing the name of each round and the requirements to achieve that target.
